Beware the batman joker

I know. he was replaced by that joker-rip off Anarky. but....I did some research and it looks like the joker might actually have originally meant to be in beware the batman! Where did I hear this? I mean, the one in the top left corner, and the one to the left....doesn't it look slightly like the joker? does this mean, the joker was originally going to be in beware the batman, and then they decided to push in the lesser known villains? seeing how many of the villains were ripping off, the more known bat-villains that actually makes sense. the episodes and such were written for the more famous villains, and suddenly someone decided to use lesser known villains, so they had to re-write the episodes super fast.   This actually makes things make more sense. whoever had the idea of this, should have thought a thing or two before replacing the villains. 

so, anyway this is basically my idea of what the joker most likely would end up looking in the series based on the concept arts.
